How long does it take to get started?

Setup only takes 15-30 minutes once to connect your Google Business Profile, configure your account, and launch your first requests.

Is an onboarding call required?

Nope. Setup is simple and you can get started quickly on your own. But if you want help getting everything connected, we're happy to hop on a 1-1 setup call.

How often do you ask for a review?

We send 1 initial request, then 1 gentle reminder (optional). We only request reviews during reactivations or post-purchase, not every week or month.

Can you keep bad reviews from Google?

We don't do anything that would risk your Google Profile. We simply ask every customer to write a review, never a '5 star' or 'positive' review.

What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, etc?
